Our Partners at the Fextralife Team Introduce a Fresh Hub for Custom Content

The modding landscape is more bigger or as in demand as it is today. Modders who designed new mechanics for classics such as Skyrim and Baldur’s Gate III have secured major industry jobs. Full-fledged projects were developed leveraging prior work. An individual even managed how to make Silksong a little easier.

Truly, in this era, everything appears achievable with a concept, technical expertise, and a bit of initiative. Hence, it’s understandable that an increasing number of companies is looking to support that continuously expanding customization network, and that our friends from Fextralife are joining the effort. This week, the resource hub revealed it would enhance its portfolio with the FXMods platform, a fresh modding hub created for users who desire a quick, free, and unrestricted mods to enhance their beloved releases.

FXMods assures to be a cost-free service with full-speed downloading, instant access, and connection to the comprehensive Fextralife resource network, which aims to allow developers to gain more exposure as players find their mods within a broader collection.

What is the goal for this new platform? I asked Matt Hook from Fextralife, who has been deeply involved in shepherding the launch.

“What we're doing here is really trying to prioritize the user experience,” Hook states. “We want a excellent journey for the gaming community to be able to obtain custom content promptly and conveniently, and we want to recognize content developers and active users with credit and benefits.”
