Which players were selected for Troy's English top-flight Team of the Week?

Each set of Premier League matches throughout the campaign, sports analyst Troy Deeney presents his team and manager of the Week.

Below are this week's picks. Are you in agreement? Share your thoughts via the feedback section further down.

Keeper

Alphonse Areola (West Ham): West Ham might have been six goals down at Bournemouth if it wasn't for him. Key display, delivered and showed real class. Superb shot-stopping to help achieve a 2-2 draw. Defeat might have ruined their campaign.

Defensive unit

Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's in the running for season's best. Fans mention about Arsenal players. He is the standout player by far.

Murillo (Nottingham Forest): One would need to be a mad supporter to say 'Murillo will score and we defeat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. The odds were huge prices on that. He was excellent. He's becoming a force. He is truly a handful. Delighted to see him playing similar to before.

Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I saw him a few times last year in Italy for AC Milan and he struggled because he was making mistakes. Yet now he's been dominant. He displays really strong and forceful and looks elegant. It seems he has secured a spiritual home.

Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not usually a left-back, more of a contemporary style in attack. He's been a excellent acquisition for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them finding another gem out of nowhere? It seemed when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan that was strange but the club is aware better than most.

Engine room

Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Alike in style and they are selected for the same reason. Their clubs triumphed, everyone will talk about the goalscorers, but absent these individuals those teams don't click. They perform brilliantly. They disrupt opposition, they join the offense.

Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. A lot of followers, including my son, had doubts about his ability as the man to get them over the top. Three strikes in the key match and now they want to erect a monument of him. Finishing, poise, he controlled the game. The best player on the pitch.

Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Possibly the only point of agreement with Thomas Tuchel on - he is at a point now where it will prove quite challenging to drop Morgan Rogers. My view was his beginning was strong this campaign, In my opinion he acted with some expectation and thought he maybe secure a transfer to Chelsea, and likely desired it, but he appears to have found his footing. Two great goals clearly versus Leeds helped his club when trailing. He made the impact.

Strikers

Callum Wilson (West Ham): I noted he doesn't look his normal self. It seemed he'd lost a yard. However, incredible. That's all I can say. He performed superbly. Brilliant in his play and with his two finishes.

Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A particularly intriguing player. He performs strongly, often more effective off the bench, but Anthony Gordon has an injury so he has to play. He missed a great opportunity against Manchester City at 0-0 with his easiest shot. However showing the mental fortitude to place himself into tough scenarios and get a brace was great.

Coach

Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He comes in and surpasses Arne Slot. A superb tactical approach. It could have been several more for Forest and nobody could have argued.
